A garden with a water element in Wesola. Metamorphosis of 1100 m²

In Wesola, we found the garden large but lacking in expression. Our goal was to create an interesting arrangement that would not overwhelm the space, but would give it character. We decided to clearly distinguish the area behind the house, which is directly adjacent to the living room.

Terrace zone. Compositional axis

We made the exotic wood terrace the heart of the garden. It reaches the wall, on which we placed a water feature with a simple, modern form. To emphasize the compositional axis, we changed the material of the terrace at the central point to large-format stone slabs. This is the main resting place, which we emphasized with comfortable garden furniture.

Water and geometry

A unique solution in this project is an ornamental pool. We incorporated it between brick pots with a variety of plants. It introduces an element of surprise and freshness.

Gazebo and dining room in green

To contrast with the geometric terrace, the rest of the garden is softer in form. It is dominated by casual plantings and a lawn. In the corner of the plot we located a wooden gazebo. It shelters the dining area.

  • Elegance: We surrounded the wood terrace with stone slabs, echoing a similar treatment applied to the paving on the main terrace.
  • Intimacy: A sense of privacy is provided by a wooden fence. It effectively shields revelers from the eyes of neighbors.

Lighting and details

We completed the whole composition with modern accessories. We used delicate light posts, which we hid in the greenery. After dark, they build an atmospheric atmosphere and emphasize the qualities of the vegetation.
