MODERN GARDEN WITH INFINITY POOL 001

Modern garden with “infinity” pool in Warsaw. Luxury on 330 m²
Introducing a luxury pool area on a small plot of land in the city requires uncompromising solutions. In our 2024 project, we show how to redefine the concept of backyard relaxation. We made an infinity pool the main character on a 330 sqm plot in Warsaw. This is our proposal for investors who appreciate modern minimalism.
Concept and spatial layout
Despite its relatively small size, we designed the garden in a thoughtful way. We wanted the pool not to dominate in the space, but in addition to purely functional qualities, it was an aesthetic crowning of the compositional axis of the garden. Among other things, hence the decision to place it at the end of the plot.
Mirror effect and discipline
We used an “infinity” type pool. Thanks to this choice, the sheet of water faces the edge of the pool, which creates the illusion of continuity and opening to the garden. We based the entire layout on straight lines and right angles. We located the lounge area with loungers so as to provide intimacy, but at the same time maintain a full view of the garden.
Selection of plants and materials. Quality of finishing
In this type of realization we focus on the highest quality. Here we juxtaposed the rawness of architectural concrete with the blue of the water and the warm colors of exotic wood on the terrace.
- Green screens: In the compact city of Warsaw, privacy is crucial. That’s why we used dense yew hedges and hornbeam trees formed into palmettoes. They provide 100% isolation from neighbors.
- Ornamental grasses: we introduced them near the water area. They add lightness to the arrangement and rustle in the wind, which enhances the feeling of relaxation.
Garden lighting and nighttime ambience
Light fundamentally affects the perception of this garden and creates a mood. We have designed a backlighting of the pool basin, so that the water becomes a glowing decoration at night. This view is perfectly presented from the living room. We complemented the whole design with discreet linear lighting along the paths. We also added spotlights to expose the texture of the vegetation. In this way, we built the perfect setting for summer evenings.
