Modern Garden with an Infinity Pool in Warsaw – Luxury on 330 m²

Introduction: Introducing a luxury water zone into a limited urban space requires uncompromising solutions. The 2024 project, realized on a Warsaw plot of 330 m², redefines the concept of backyard relaxation. The main hero of the arrangement is the “infinity” pool, which optically blurs the garden boundaries, creating an impression of infinity and perfect smoothness of the water surface. This is a realization for investors valuing modern minimalism and technological perfectionism.

Concept and Spatial Layout: Despite the relatively small footage, the garden was designed so that the pool does not overwhelm the space but constitutes its integral, ornamental part.

  • Mirror Effect: The use of an “infinity” edge makes the water flush with the terrace surface, which optically enlarges the garden.
  • Geometric Discipline: The spatial layout is based on straight lines and right angles that organize the view from the house windows. The seating area with sun loungers was positioned to ensure intimacy while providing a full view of the water surface.

Selection of Plants and Materials: In this type of realization, the quality of finishing is key. The rawness of architectural concrete contrasts here with the blue of the water and the warm coloring of exotic wood (or high-class composite) on the terrace.

  • Green Screens: Dense yew hedge plantings and hornbeam pleached trees along the fence ensure 100% privacy, which is crucial in the dense building development of Warsaw.
  • Ornamental Grasses: Introduced near the water zone, they add lightness and rustle in the wind, enhancing the impression of relaxation.

Lighting and Atmosphere: Evening photos perfectly illustrate how light changes the perception of this garden. Illumination of the pool basin makes the water become a glowing decoration visible from the living room at night. It is complemented by discreet linear lighting along the paths and spot spotlights exposing the texture of vegetation, building ideal scenery for summer evenings.
