Overview of design possibilities. Detail, material and function
At the Inspirations studio, we treat each project, regardless of scale, as a unique architectural challenge. The realizations presented here are a collection of diverse concepts, which are united by one denominator: modern style, geometric order and spatial discipline. Our gardens are an extension of the living room – zones where the architecture of the building seamlessly blends with nature.
Small Architecture and Structures
We design comprehensively, so the key element of our arrangements is small garden architecture designed according to the author’s solutions. We create unique structures tailored to the character of the place:
- Canopies and pavilions: From lightweight aluminum pergolas and wooden trellises to modern gazebos made of aluminum steel and tempered glass.
- Screens and fences: We design modern fences, decorative panels, gabion walls and architectural concrete screens that provide privacy in dense urban areas.
- Retaining walls: In areas with complex topography (slopes, dips) we use engineering solutions to stabilize the ground, which at the same time have a decorative function.
Materials and Surfacing
Quality lies in sincerity. We avoid imitations in our designs. We rely on natural materials that age with dignity:
- Natural stone: granite, basalt or Magura sandstone in the form of large-format slabs, cubes or irregular slates.
- Exotic wood: Terraces made of species such as Bangkirai, Ipe or Teak, resistant to harsh weather conditions.
- Concrete and Metal: Raw architectural concrete (pots, benches, stairs), aluminum and Corten steel (Corten) introducing an industrial touch.
Water, Light and Technology
A modern garden is also advanced technology hidden in greenery. Our projects often include water elements – from minimalist wall spouts and “water mirrors” to dynamic fountains and natural swimming ponds. The whole is complemented by precisely designed outdoor lighting. We use linear luminaire systems, overhead fixtures and directional spotlights that bring out plant textures and architectural details after dark. We often integrate them with intelligent control systems (Smart Garden).
Green
The selection of plants is always dictated by habitat conditions, function and aesthetics. Our projects are dominated by ornamental grasses, molded hedges (boxwood, yew, hornbeam) and trees with an architectural habit (such as palm trees). The greenery is designed to soften the geometry of the architecture without losing its modern character.
